Common questions

Do you demolish buildings?

No. We handle site and hardscape demolition: concrete, asphalt, interlock, retaining walls, curbs, fences, decks, sheds and small structures.

Can you remove part of a slab or parking area?

Yes. We saw-cut to clean lines so the remaining pavement stays intact for the next trade.

Do you need a designated substances list?

Yes. Under Ontario's OHSA, the owner must find out if designated substances (such as asbestos or lead) are present. The owner lists them in the tender documents. We'll ask for that list.

Can demolition and excavation be one package?

Yes. Removing old surfaces and digging to new can be done in one trip to site.
